Victorian sponge cake with mango frosting

Method:
•    Dry ingredients- First take a large mixing bowl; add 1 ½ cup Maida, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda and ¾ cup sugar. Mix all of these ingredients well.
•    Wet ingredients- Take another large mixing bowl; add 200 grams melted butter, 3 eggs, 200 ml milk and a few drops of vanilla extract. Mix all of these ingredients thoroughly.
•    Now transfer the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl and whisk well. Make sure everything is mixed well.
•    Take a baking tray and place a wet baking and cooking paper, pour this batter. Place in the oven at 200 degree Celsius for about 20 minutes (The temperature and time may vary depending on the oven).
•    While the cake is baking, prepare the mango frosting. Take a large mixing bowl, add ½ cup melted butter, 200 grams cream cheese, a few drops of vanilla extract, 3 cups of sugar, 4 tbsp of mango puree and 2 tbsp corn starch. Mix all of these ingredients using an electric blender.
•    Once the cake is done, remove from the oven; using a piping bag, decorate them with mango cream cheese frosting. Garnish with some fresh mangoes on top.
